In the event of a desired cancellation or modification to an existing order - the following conditions apply:

Refunds/ Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, aBakeshop does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact our team by emailing info@abakeshop.com within 2 days of the date you picked up your order and provide the following information: your name, the date of your order, photos of all angles including product and packaging, a detailed description of the issue and information on how your item was transported and stored. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your experience.
In the event that the customer wishes to change the date or time of their order they need to contact us directly to see if it is possible. In the event that it is possible, the pickup date and time will be adjusted with no fee. In the event that it is not possible the customer can either cancel, postpone, or keep their original pickup date.
In the event that the customer wishes to change the product that they ordered we require at least 7 days notice of their pickup time. They must contact us directly for this change. If the amount is less than their original amount, aBakeshop can refund the difference, minus a 10% processing fee.
If a customer wishes to postpone their order without rescheduling pickup for a later date, aBakeshop can refund the full amount in store credit. This store credit will be issued at aBakeshop in the form of a digital gift card.

Pick Up Policy
aBakeshop offers pick up of orders at our location during our hours of operation. All orders must be picked up on the date selected when placing your order. If, for some reason, you are unable to pick up your order on your pick-up date, please contact us directly to discuss options. Orders not picked up on their designated date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will need to be placed for a new pick up date.
Please inspect your order upon pickup and make sure the item is exactly what you ordered. Please notify us if the order is not correct. Changes can be made if notified in store. Once the product leaves the store, no changes can be made.
If someone is picking up other than the customer that placed the order please instruct them to send a photo or video call to make sure that the order is correct.
Delivery Policy
aBakeshop offers delivery through our 3rd party delivery vendor between the hours of 10A - 3PM, Monday - Saturday. All orders will be delivered within a two-hour window on the date and time selected when placing your order. Because of the perishable nature of our products, someone must be present to receive the delivery on all orders. In the event that we cannot complete the delivery no one is available we will contact you via phone. If we cannot reach you via phone, we will have to return the order to our shop. If we return to our shop, you have the option for pickup, or we will have to charge another delivery fee to attempt a second delivery.
